If sufficient funds are not available in your Bitsafe Account C. if we are concerned about the security of your BDC or we suspect your BDC is being used in an unauthorised or fraudulent manner B. We may also refuse to pay a transaction: A. Like other payment cards, we cannot guarantee a retailer will accept your BDC. If we do this, we will tell you as soon as we can or are legally permitted to do so after we have taken these steps. we need to do so to comply with the law and/or instructions from a supervisory authority. we have terminated your Bitsafe Account or D. we suspect your account is being used in an unauthorised or fraudulent manner C. we are concerned about the security of your account or the BDC we have issued to you B. We may at any time suspend, restrict, or cancel your BDC or refuse to issue or replace a BDC for reasons relating to the following: A. We may ask you to stop using your BDC and return it to us or destroy it. We will also deduct any applicable fees as soon as they become payable by you, see our Fees section below for details of our fees. We will deduct the value of your transactions from the balance of your Bitsafe Account. You will need to follow these instructions when using your BDC.

Bitsafe does not provide any secondary cards. You must sign the signature strip on the back of the BDC as soon as it is received. We may ask you to provide some documentary evidence to prove this and/or we may carry out checks on you electronically. We will require evidence of who you are and your address. To apply for a BDC, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident in one of the countries where Bitsafe operates and where the BDC is available through the Bitsafe Debit Card Issuer which is mentioned in Article 19 of these Bitsafe Debit Card Terms and Conditions. Your BDC is not a credit card and is only connected to your basic payment account with Bitsafe ("Bitsafe Account") for the purposes of loading the card.

You will not be able, and should not attempt to use your BDC after its expiry date. The European Economic Area (EEA) includes all the member states of the European Union, Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein. You'll no longer be able to pay charges for anyone you're making a payment to within the EEA (regardless of the currency of the transfer). For overseas payments, these terms and conditions shall, unless stated otherwise, equally apply for payments made to payment service providers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) as will payments in non-EEA currencies to payment services providers within the EEA. You can use the BDC at any location that displays the Mastercard Acceptance Mark, including shops, restaurants, online, or by the telephone. "We", "us" or "our" means Bitsafe Payments B.V., doing business as Bitsafe Payments ("Bitsafe"). In these terms and conditions "you" means the named Bitsafe Account holder and the authorised user of the BDC. These terms and conditions apply to your Bitsafe Debit Card ("BDC").
